An extremely helpful gentleman and great at repairs! I walked in a few weeks ago with a broken Dremel (a wire had disconnected on the inside). He was able to assess the problem and fix it quickly with a soldering iron. I thought I'd share the carving projects I was working on and their finished products - thanks again! I definitely would recommend him if you find yourself with similar electrical problems with things around your home - why replace when there's a chance it can be repaired? :)

My partner had 2 pairs of shoes heeled at timpsons fforestfach swansea . we had to wait 20 minutes, not a problem for us . we were charged £30 I was surprised at how expensive it was . when we got home we inspected the shoes and what a rubbish job the guy did mind you he seemed to be very busy on his mobile phone )) the heels were not cut to the right size and there were hard black bits coming off them ! absolutely disgusting work ! .. in the end my partner pulled the rubbish heels off, ordered heels off Ebay with the glue... read more

Very helpful, decent price and incredibly fast service. The gentleman cut some keys for me. He was polite and the keys worked perfectly with no issues. I have used them several times over the years and had consistently good service.

Alan in the Swansea city centre branch ( situated in the market) always goes above and beyond exceeding my expectations every time. Outstanding customer service and if you need require specialist work done on your footwear he is the only person I trust. Could not recommend him anymore and would give more stars if possible.
