Had a problem with my car fob, the First Gentleman I saw couldn’t fix it, he said I needed a new fob which he didn’t have, I went in today to see if I could order a new fob & the gentleman (Tyler) I think managed to fix my fob without me having to order a new one. Great service!
Went into timpsons tesco Burnley again to get a key cut , I was greeted by Tyler great smile very chatty, he told me about the offer on keys so I decided to go for that ! no job to small with this guy I always find he has a good customer service very helpful, Outstanding service Thanks again Tyler !
Dry cleaning is absolutely rubbish, I took in 2 pufferjackets which needed a light clean and had a little body sweat odour. The jackets smell exactly the same, when I told them they have not done properly. They told me it’s the best they can do. I know a few private dry cleaners and they are 10x better than Timmons. Avoid
Took my watch in to get a new battery and glass and it was done very quickly and professionally can’t faulty the customer service either well done sir
As soon as I walked in the door it seemed like the guy didn't want to help, I took down a blank car key for them to cut out, and he told me we don't do that here, so I said you got advertisements up in the shop saying you cut car keys,he then replied we do, we do our own. he then provided me with the top half of one of the keys from behind the counter cut it to my car key and then charge me £50 for the tophalf of a cut car key.the shop also had another advert saying the keys are guaranteed for life I asked if it was guarante... read more
