The man with glasses. Alan. Very good customer service. Always sorts me out. Have a belt that I have issues with and he always helps me out. He even kept some of the studs, because he knew i’d be back in with said belt. Brilliant service ! Can’t complain. Will be back again….
As soon as I walked in the door it seemed like the guy didn't want to help, I took down a blank car key for them to cut out, and he told me we don't do that here, so I said you got advertisements up in the shop saying you cut car keys,he then replied we do, we do our own. he then provided me with the top half of one of the keys from behind the counter cut it to my car key and then charge me £50 for the tophalf of a cut car key.the shop also had another advert saying the keys are guaranteed for life I asked if it was guarante... read more
