Always friendly, knowledgable staff. Highly recommend won't go anywhere else whether it's new heels on high heel shoes or soles on my tall boots or key cutting. My go-to used to go to Union Street just outside Central Station all time too they can even fix your heels while you wait if they not too busy. Glasgow pavements ruin my heels (I've lost count of how many times my heels get stuck in the paving) Timpsons has been offering a fab service for decades.
Zero customer service skills £15 to remove one link on my watch total of about 40/50 seconds of work. Go to the forge for watch repairs about a 5min drive from there
Asked them to fix the soles of my shoes as they were coming off slightly! They have ripped the sole completely off and made it 200 times worse! This is awful these were like £120!!! So angry. Absolutely shocking service.
Dont go there, absolutely rude guy. Was meaning to send my watch, told him ave sent it to another timpson before, without me getting to finish my words he said “that doesnt mean anything to me”. So not friendly. If there’s any choice of not giving any stars, i couldve give 0.
Great customer service from Cory - came in because my belt was broken and he sorted it right away without charge.
