A bit pricey but got my watch fixed in a few minutes.
Great service. Needed a watch repaired and couldn’t find the parts. Timpsons managed to source them and fit it quickly. Absolutely fantastic service and great communication. Will definitely be using them again.
I bought a new car key at £130 and when I finally went to use it it's not worked, I've had to call out the AA and they've said it's the key that's at fault. When I took it back it was very poor customer service from the word go. I dealt with Joanne at the Corstorphine branch and when she opened up the key there was no chip in it. She she was very dismissive and rude, and said there's no way they'd have sent it out without a chip - that somebody's opened up the key and lost it. Professional gentleman, went to get passport pictures took 3 mins if that very quick an fast service, would definitely recommend if you need passport pictures or driving licence pictures.
