Lovely friendly service from a very patient and kind person who put in a new battery and adjusted my watch strap. He is obviously very proficient. I recommend this very convenient branch of Timpsons.

John, Was really helpful in getting my house key cut, It only take five minutes from start to finish would fully recommend using this Timpson shop. It offers a huge range of services, from Key cutting, dry cleaning, shoe repair the list goes on, And all with a helpful and friendly service.

Recently picked up a few things—some shoe polish for my boots and had a couple of keys cut. The service was spot on. The guy behind the counter was friendly, polite, and handled everything professionally, not just with me but with other customers too. Really pleased with the experience overall. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one felt well-earned—I left genuinely impressed and will definitely be back. Absolute Credit to the town.

Took my Christian Dior watch for battery replacement but it came back to me with a deep scratch on the side of the back cover and the body where the tool is forced in between to remove the cover. Unprofessional didn't use the right tool I think.
