Took my 30 year old watch to Timpson's in Worthing Town Centre as the watch clasp wasn't closing securely. When they couldn't find or order a suitable replacement, they made one out of my old watch clasp and bits they had in the shop. Amazing service. A credit to the Timpson franchise. Thank you x
I visited Timpsons in Worthing Town Centre to have my two worn out car key shells replaced. Tim dealt with me and I found him totally professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you.
My car fobs have a key blade concealed inside. I lost one of the blades. Timpsons do not stock the small concealed blade. I managed to buy a blank online, but the assistant in the shop refused to cut my key for me. He had the equipment, but would not cut my key, despite me offering to pay full price of a key and cutting. So unhelpful!
Bought my partner a watch for Christmas and wanted to have it engraved - it was Christmas Eve. The staff in Timpsons on Worthing High Street were able to get it done for me and the work was too notch!
I took my camden watch here as it started fogging up under the glass, and showing signs of moisture being trapped within the watch. Tim was amazing and found that there was some issues with the seal from when the watch had a battery change at a different Timpson branch. He sorted it all out and replaced the seal and gave it a quick service to ensure it would be okay. Thank you so much, will deffo bring my watch back here for its needs.
