I took my camden watch here as it started fogging up under the glass, and showing signs of moisture being trapped within the watch. Tim was amazing and found that there was some issues with the seal from when the watch had a battery change at a different Timpson branch. He sorted it all out and replaced the seal and gave it a quick service to ensure it would be okay. Thank you so much, will deffo bring my watch back here for its needs.
I've been in a few times now and there's a guy who works there that really needs to work in his customer service. There is no smile, no welcome, just a general sense that you've inconvenced him by going in there. I'd recommend getting your keys cut at one of the machines for a bit more personality.
We visited four Timpson stores today, we were trying to get a new shell for our car key. All the staff were very polite and helpful but only the Montague Street branch had the specific shells in stock. We were offered a very reasonable price to replace both of our car keys and they were ready within an hour. Highly recommend this branch for such a great level of service. We will definitely visit here again if we need any of the many services offered by Timpson.
Friendly staff. Had two keys cut and four watch batteries replaced under the lifetime warranty. Can't complain.
I have been trying for weeks to get a new car key for my Ssangyong . The dealership wants about £400 for a new key and re chipping ? I know , a what? It's Korean. However I walked past Timpsons and for once I looked at the advertising board outside. It advertised new car keys. Well I had nothing to loose and everything to gain , so I went in and spoke to Tim.
