I visited Timpsons in Worthing Town Centre to have my two worn out car key shells replaced. Tim dealt with me and I found him totally professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you.
I took my camden watch here as it started fogging up under the glass, and showing signs of moisture being trapped within the watch. Tim was amazing and found that there was some issues with the seal from when the watch had a battery change at a different Timpson branch. He sorted it all out and replaced the seal and gave it a quick service to ensure it would be okay. Thank you so much, will deffo bring my watch back here for its needs.
Bought my partner a watch for Christmas and wanted to have it engraved - it was Christmas Eve. The staff in Timpsons on Worthing High Street were able to get it done for me and the work was too notch!
My car fobs have a key blade concealed inside. I lost one of the blades. Timpsons do not stock the small concealed blade. I managed to buy a blank online, but the assistant in the shop refused to cut my key for me. He had the equipment, but would not cut my key, despite me offering to pay full price of a key and cutting. So unhelpful!
We visited four Timpson stores today, we were trying to get a new shell for our car key. All the staff were very polite and helpful but only the Montague Street branch had the specific shells in stock. We were offered a very reasonable price to replace both of our car keys and they were ready within an hour. Highly recommend this branch for such a great level of service. We will definitely visit here again if we need any of the many services offered by Timpson.
