I visited your shop inside Sainsbury’s Longbridge and I cannot praise your gentleman there whose name is Trevor. In my mind he couldn’t improve he is generous with his time he spends with his customers he is a fountain of knowledge about his stock and his trade, he ordered a new fob for my car and kept to his promises and timing. I won’t bother with the branches near me. He goes the extra mile and so will I. Please ensure that you give him my feedback Thank you Trevor.

This Timpsons at Longbridge Sainsbury’s is fantastic. They always do the best job, the customer service is brilliant, always friendly and happy to help. In a world where it seems that sometimes people don’t care these guys really do care. Adrian especially is always really good he’s sorted two of my pairs of shoes now he’s great.

I popped to the longbridge Timpson’s shop today and was served by Trevor. He was very helpful, pleasant and served me sorting out the batteries for my watches Thank you very much Trevor I will be back again
