I wanted to leave this review sooner, but better late than never — especially when the service deserves recognition. I visited Timpson after having an issue with my car key. The casing was replaced and the batteries were changed, however after receiving the key I experienced problems unlocking my car. I returned to the store and spoke with Tony, who immediately reassured me that he would resolve the issue. I went in today to just get some simple repair work done to the insoles of my shoes and spoke to Farhan, he was sound and said come back in 30 mins for my shoes. I went back in as he said and he didn’t charge me a penny for it - said it was just a simple job so no need. Very much unexpected but a very kind and generous gesture which frankly I really appreciate!

Visited on 15.03.26. Another Timpsons branch had repaired the sole on my boots previously, but the job hadn’t been done very well. I brought them here and the gentleman was professional, took real pride in his work, and made sure the repair was done properly to a high standard. My boots are now sorted — fabulous service. Highly recommended.

I went to Timpsons located by Yiewsley Tesco. I was greeted well and the staff knew precisely what I needed. John & Shane took great care of me. They were very professional, practical and overall sorted my issue in no time at all. Highly recommended. Thank you guys ⭐️
