I went to Timpsons located by Yiewsley Tesco. I was greeted well and the staff knew precisely what I needed. John & Shane took great care of me. They were very professional, practical and overall sorted my issue in no time at all. Highly recommended. Thank you guys ⭐️

The main guy who works there is very arrogant and perhaps needs to be educated on why refunds exist. Added to this, he charged £18 for 6 LR41 batteries, which is an absolute rip off. When I asked for refund, he said - “I don’t understand such people“. Well, I don’t get people like him - disgrace to Tmpson. I’ve been to several Timpson stores before but never had such an experience before!

Guy who replaced my heels did a hash job colouring them to match the shoe. See picture. When I questioned it he got angry and defensive saying there was nothing wrong with it! When asked if he could try again he reluctantly agreed but said he wouldn’t do it again if it looked bad. I took them as they were in case he returned them in even worse condition. I always have a good experience with Timpson and this time did not disappoint. Farham was a really friendly guy and he was professional and efficient in cutting the keys for us. Very good experience
