Very friendly, polite & efficient . Keys I had cut worked which is always a bonus. Well stocked offering shoe service as well. It’s the only place in Faversham that offers both services, people just throw shoes away rather than fix which is a sign of the times & throwaway culture. Not cheap but I guess that’s where we are in the UK now.
Only just getting around to posting this. Warren is an absolute hero - repaired my shoes and had them shining like new within 10mins of me calling and getting over there - on the day of a friends wedding! Stellar service , credit to the store.
Fantastic service from Warren in Faversham Timpsons - he replaced the battery in a watch for my daughter, and it turned out to be much more difficult than he anticipated! When I returned to collect it he wouldn't accept any payment. The world needs more Warren's!
Tom was very helpful and explained that while he was not able to do the job he could refer me to another store
Warren gives nothing less than personable and efficient service with every visit. Could not recommend this man enough for all your Timpson needs.
