Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Warren at the faversham Timpsons never fails to be anything short of amazing. He’s always so lovely and helpful! A true credit to Timpsons, hope they know how lucky they are to have him

Very Disappointing. Took some shoes in for Velcro Replacement for my kids school shoes. Was told would be a couple of quid, when picked up was charged £15. Was told would be 30min as the repair was next and only takes 5min almost 3hrs later they were finally ready. This was after approaching them a couple of times before I left town so had to go out and come back in. A 5min, £2-4 repair turned into a 3hr £15 repair.
