I visited Timpson at Central Parkway (Tesco), Wigan, on Friday, 20th June to duplicate my house key, and I was assisted by Georgia. She was absolutely brilliant—polite, professional, and incredibly patient. She spoke clearly and at the perfect pace, making the whole experience very welcoming. Her friendly smile and calm manner stood out. The service was top notch, quick, efficient, and surprisingly fast. In just a few seconds, I had my duplicate keys and even an extra one.
