I visited Timpson at Central Parkway (Tesco), Wigan, on Friday, 20th June to duplicate my house key, and I was assisted by Georgia. She was absolutely brilliant—polite, professional, and incredibly patient. She spoke clearly and at the perfect pace, making the whole experience very welcoming. Her friendly smile and calm manner stood out. The service was top notch, quick, efficient, and surprisingly fast. In just a few seconds, I had my duplicate keys and even an extra one. Amazing service. Thank you so much, Georgia.
Kam is a legend - he gave us great advice over the phone and assured us he’ll stay a couple minutes late just to cut out keys as we were running late. Great service, competent and friendly. Thank you Kam.

Got 4x keys cut today, got home and only one of the 4 keys locked/unlocked my door. Just short of £30 for 4x keys and 4x key tags. Would not recommend 😡
Only used this place once but staff member was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Left the key with him whilst I did my shopping and key was cut. Good price too. Will use again
