After a 16 day wait, my jacket sleeves had not been shortened. The inside meaurement of the sleeves was 20 inches before and remained 20 inches. This cost £25.95 There was also a silvery mark on the sleeve. The jacket was brand new from Zara. . Unfortunately the shop was unwilling to help. They maintain that the sleeves were shortened after speaking to the "laundrette". The shop assistant was also rude. He said to me - "no point you standing there and staring at me!" I just wanted to share a massive thank you to the Timpsons team located outside Tesco for their outstanding customer service and for resolving my issue so quickly! On Tuesday evening, I accidentally activated the MyKey safety feature on my Ford car (totally my fault for fiddling with the buttons on a new car!) but it had activated a speed and volume limit which I couldn’t turn off without a second key, which I didn’t have.
