I took some curtains to Lichfield drop off today. The man Paul O was so helpful he carried them from my car. He was very kind and pleasant. It is a joy to find a caring person who takes time for older people. I hope he is appreciated by his employer.
Business response:
Your feedback is important to us. Paul is a valued team member, and we're glad his kindness made a difference. Thank you, Rosemary Ann.
