I regularly have a need to use Timpson given they offer a variety of services.i have followed Paul from the Lichfield branch to Tesco branch. He is simply exceptional. He is so engaging and personable and very good at what he does. He always goes above and beyond in terms of service. Great ambassador for Timpson. I would never go anywhere else.

Paul is absolutely outstanding at his job, l toom my louis Vuitton bag in for simple repair, thinking the worst it would never be able. Paul was so friendly and committed to sorting it out. And he did outstanding job. Thank you so much Paul.

Trying to rip people off. Tried to charge my son £29.95 to remove 2 watch links. Other timpson in market square charge £12.95. Don't go to this rip off merchant who charges people different prices each time. Police called and found in my favour. Tried to pull the wool over my eyes regarding the price. The £29.95 was for glass replacement yet decided to constantly be rude, aggressive and argue with me.. Tbis bloke is a absolute disgrace to your company and should be released immediately before he tries to con more people.

Have to say a very disappointing visit today. The representative was very confrontational and almost rude! He was very angry at the suggestion that a key replacement appeared a little expensive. To be fair even if it was cheaper with him, I’d rather pay a little more elsewhere. Definitely wouldn’t use his services.
