I had a fantastic experience at Timpson’s thanks to Lennon, who went above and beyond to help me out. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, approachable, and clearly knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly, sorted my problem quickly, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s rare to get service this good, Lennon went the extra mile and Timpson’s are lucky to have him. Highly recommend!
Unacceptable customer service I received at your Isleworth branch on 24 September 2025. I arrived at the store at approximately 5:50 PM, well before closing time. However, the store manager, Mark, immediately told me, without even turning around to acknowledge me properly, that the store was closing. This was despite your advertised opening hours clearly stating the store operates until 6:00 PM. Really disappointing experience with the branch manager who cut a key wrong and the wanted to charge £60 to replace a watch battery that the manufacturers took care of for a tenner. I had to take back one key to be recut (25% of my order failed to work!) and they can’t do it as they don’t stock the key type - I wasn’t even informed this the first time round when I requested that key type. Five stars are not enough for the exceptional service I received today at Timpson! I arrived at the shop in a bit of a state; the sole of my favourite shoe was peeling away, making a rather embarrassing flapping noise with every step. I was due at an important meeting, and the thought of hobbling in, sounding like a distressed pigeon, filled me with dread.
