I had a fantastic experience at Timpson’s thanks to Lennon, who went above and beyond to help me out. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, approachable, and clearly knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly, sorted my problem quickly, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s rare to get service this good, Lennon went the extra mile and Timpson’s are lucky to have him. Highly recommend!
Farhan at osterly tescos store sorted me out and for that I give 5stars I had trouble getting a key cut, other Timpson employees telling me that it needed to be special order. So on the 4th visit, yes 4th visit to Timpson, I met Farhan and he enganeered a key for me, didnt have to order a special key, and made me very very happy. So my 5star rating is for the service from Farhan
Unacceptable customer service I received at your Isleworth branch on 24 September 2025. I arrived at the store at approximately 5:50 PM, well before closing time. However, the store manager, Mark, immediately told me, without even turning around to acknowledge me properly, that the store was closing. This was despite your advertised opening hours clearly stating the store operates until 6:00 PM. I had an absolutely terrible experience at Key Cut Timpson at Tesco Osterley. The service was careless, unprofessional, disrespectful and I felt like a complete waste of my time. The staff clearly didn’t care about the customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else — the staff in this place is just awful. Do not recommend under any circumstances. AVOID!!!
Manager at Tesco Osterley shop is so helpful, very professional and went the extra step to help me. Definitely recommend.
