I’d previously used this Timpson branch and had found them very helpful. On a previous visit they changed the heels on my shoes and even kindly popped them onto a stretcher for me, so when I returned to London and stayed nearby again, I specifically went back. On the Friday before the bank holiday weekend, I took in a pair of vintage heels that I love. The gentleman who served me that day was great. He changed the heel tips for £14 and everything was fine.
