I went to Timpsons today with my niece to sort out the key for her car. Aggie at Timpsons (inside Morrisons ) went above and beyond to help us . She tried firstly to sell us the correct batteries for the key and tested the key it didn’t work. She then directed us to another Timpsons and rang them to let them know we were going over. We got it sorted very quickly. Thank you Aggie !

Yesterday at nearly 4pm (closing time) I asked for a key to be cut for my daughter who had lost it. The lovely lady Aggie was clearly cashing up at the coventry Morrisons branch and I did feel awful as appreciate they had been there all day and I turn up at the last minute. Much to my delight she offered to cut my key and as I thanked her for her kindness she let me have the key for free as the till was now closed.
