Yesterday at nearly 4pm (closing time) I asked for a key to be cut for my daughter who had lost it. The lovely lady Aggie was clearly cashing up at the coventry Morrisons branch and I did feel awful as appreciate they had been there all day and I turn up at the last minute. Much to my delight she offered to cut my key and as I thanked her for her kindness she let me have the key for free as the till was now closed. Awful dry cleaning and extortionate key cutting. I had a Peugeot key blank (just a 2 sided blade off a 205) and needed it copying. Usually takes under a minute. Bolt both keys on, key and blank, back forth with the cutter and done. They wanted £30. Mrs went to Dartford and they did it for £5 at Lock N' Tools. Explain this rubbish. Also in terms of dry-cleaning, every drycleaner I know removes lint, these guys on the other hand just dry clean and return it and charge what is essentially the same premium.
Aggie is the best - Timpson, Holyhead, Coventry. Always a super nice and positive interaction. Bought a favourite dress for repair recently. No hassle, really reasonable cost, and a great job! Highly recommend.
