I paid £2000 for a camera lens , it was broken and Sony quoted me 12 weeks repair time. Jake from Timpson repaired it in 3 minutes and for an amazing deal this guy is a legend and has won a lifelong customer , amazing customer service thank you bro

Jake was so lovely and helped me out so much with changing my dads battery on he’s watch. Thanks Jack your an absolute credit to Timpsons. I wish there was more people like you. Kind, helpful, friendly and such great customer service. Will defiantly be returning! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jake was very impressive. The task was to provide a replacement car key for a 11 year foreign car. He showed good technical skills and persistence in problem solving. In the end, the remote locking would not work, but Jake said he would research the problem and call if he finds a solution. I thank time for his time and considerable effort to make it work!

Jake today was a lifesaver. I had previously been to Halfords who had changed my car fob battery however still did not work. went to Timpson to see Jake who identified the problem....broken clip that holds battery in. Jake fixed the problem within minutes and I cannot tell you how knowledgeable,professional and caring this young man is...wish more people were like Jake.

Adrian at the Chingford store treated my medal with the respect it deserved when I went in for engraving yesterday. Friendly and helpful, Adrian is professional and knowledgeable. Great relationships with his customers. Saw quite a few people saying hello as they were busy doing their weekly shop.
