I recently bought a life time battery guarantee for my car key with Timpsons few days ago. Unfortunately after two attempts, my car still indicated that the battery as low. So while I was shopping in Morrison (Chingford) I decided to have my spare key checked just incase. Upon examination, I was told the car key battery was fine and it could be that the circuit inside needs changing which the young man said he can do it for £170. I was shocked at the price. Excellent service. Very friendly Took several watches for batteries. Came back to the happy news that one watch was mechanical so needed no battery.
I always have a wonderful experience in store, Jake is friendly and keen to help. He had the sole of my shoe fixed and keys cut by the time I finished my coffee. I was surprised to find out he is a new colleague as he seems very experienced and knowledgeable, definitely a valuable asset to the company. Would highly recommend :)
Adrian at the Chingford store treated my medal with the respect it deserved when I went in for engraving yesterday. Friendly and helpful, Adrian is professional and knowledgeable. Great relationships with his customers. Saw quite a few people saying hello as they were busy doing their weekly shop.
