Very disappointing service from this branch. I have had to go in 4 times now to get a key cut… After the first visit the key they gave me didn’t work. They then said they would order in another key to try. I came in a month later to be told the key hadn’t even been ordered yet. I then come in a couple of weeks after that to be told I hadn’t been given a ticket so they didn’t know which key it was for me. I just had the soles of my 12 year old Loake brogues partially restored and the service I received was excellent. A young chap named Joey looked after me, gave me different options at different price points and did the job same day. My shoes look fantastic and have been renewed for another few years. Beyond this I was also explained that the shoes can be can be fully resoled, which should extend their life even further, in my case another 10 years probably. All in all, I am very pleased. I would recommend this store!

Niel- mr fix it was absolutely amazing I went in last Sunday and they said they were too busy but returned and niel was an absolute gem. Did them within 5 mins and left them looking as good as new. Will definitely be returning

The young man who served me went out of his way to help. He solved my problem quickly and then didn’t charge for his time. There aren’t many shops you can say that about.
