I just had the soles of my 12 year old Loake brogues partially restored and the service I received was excellent. A young chap named Joey looked after me, gave me different options at different price points and did the job same day. My shoes look fantastic and have been renewed for another few years. Beyond this I was also explained that the shoes can be can be fully resoled, which should extend their life even further, in my case another 10 years probably. All in all, I am very pleased. I would recommend this store!
Very unprofessional service. The guy clearly lacks basic customer service skills and does not know how to communicate with customers. He was unfriendly throughout and did not even manage a smile, which made the whole experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
If I could give a 0 I would. They had FOUR CHANCES to cut one regular key and couldn’t figure it out. I got a key cut, but it didn’t work. I went back and got a new one, this also didn’t work. I went back AGAIN and the man ordered a different key so I had to come back the next day. When I did….surprise surprise, it didn’t work. I’ve given up and am going to a different shop.
Really good place did some amazing engraving for my weddin. I was served by Joey and he was friendly and professional throughout!
