Had the battery in my car key replaced. The gentleman at this branch was super friendly and helpful and sorted it in a couple of minutes. Can't recommend enough 😊
I visited the store in preswitch after various places told me they couldn’t do the engraving that I needed. I was greeted by Jim who took the time to listen to my request. I am Getting married in a couple of weeks and wanted to engrave some personalised perfume bottles for my bridal party. Jim went out of his way to review the bottles and offer some suggestions. Took my car key to replace the cover yesterday. The guy said, if water goes inside then I'd have to get a new key which will cost £200+, charged me £50 for a 5 minute task. The next day I noticed that he had replaced only half of the shelf, with a smaller cheaper shelf, which didn't match the other original half, and looked different shade of black, also the buttons are not easy to press like I used to with the original. Went in to ask if they could put the back on my watch after I replaced the battery with an exact like for like one. Tried telling me the battery was not the right type and they would give me a price to replace the battery - I took the watch back and drove to a Timpsons down the road, guy there said no problem, put the back on the watch and confirmed the watch had the correct battery in place. Appalling, Avoid, rip off merchants at tesco prestwich branch.
The blade on my Ford key was badly damaged and was having difficulty turning the key in the ignition I was initially took it to a local auto shop and was quoted £80 and to come back tomorrow. I know it’s was not happy with that so I by of chance went to your place at Tesco. Tod 28 12 21 and the guy did the job in 5 minutes and charged £18 key working great and very professional service 👍
