Exceptional customer service from Alex at this branch. I needed a new key cutting for my vehicle, which unfortunately has proved to not be possible without going directly to Suzuki. Alex tried extensively to do for me, spending an hour out at my car. I was initially directed to this branch from Milton Keynes due to them having newer software being installed, Alex took the time to call me when the software had been set up and ready. Alex who was working today was so polite and helpful, my sparkly boots needed reheeling and he said they wd be done for next week, I really wanted to wear them for tonight (new years eve) so he said he would do his best to get them ready for me, and he did, was having a really bad day and this made it all so much better. Always such a friendly helpful shop
Fantastic cost effective service. Buttons broken on Vauxhall remote keyfob. Less than 10 mins. Removed circuit board. Installed.into a replacement casing. Then cut the new blade as part of new keyfob casing. All for only £50 v new fob.£250.
Really helpful staff. I've an old pair of motorbike boots they re-soled for a decent price. Came back better than I could have hoped
Alex at Dunstable Skimpot was amazing yesterday! I had a car key that needed reprogramming and although it wasn't an easy job at the beginning he persisted and made a couple of calls and had me a working key within the hour! Alex is courteous, polite and a credit to Timpsons! Thanks Mark
