Terrible customer service. I felt like I was inconveniencing him simply by entering the shop. He was rude, dismissive and came across as incredibly lazy, refusing to provide a service that Timpson offers because, in his words, “it would take 10 minutes”. I left feeling very unwelcome and disappointed.
The guy worked like a butcher and has totally damaged my Casio solar powered watch that was working just needed adjustment. He charged me for trying to fix it but the watch ended up in the bin.
Alex who was working today was so polite and helpful, my sparkly boots needed reheeling and he said they wd be done for next week, I really wanted to wear them for tonight (new years eve) so he said he would do his best to get them ready for me, and he did, was having a really bad day and this made it all so much better. Always such a friendly helpful shop

Really helpful staff. I've an old pair of motorbike boots they re-soled for a decent price. Came back better than I could have hoped
