Alex at Dunstable Skimpot was amazing yesterday! I had a car key that needed reprogramming and although it wasn't an easy job at the beginning he persisted and made a couple of calls and had me a working key within the hour! Alex is courteous, polite and a credit to Timpsons! Thanks Mark
"Shrek" (as recommended by Pop in the Luton Point branch) helped with a task of polishing a trophy today. He was ultra busy but met a self-imposed deadline for us to collect. Explained he may have issues with the task, but was very clear, concise and helpful.

Very excellent and fast service. Went to have my broken car keys fixed as I drove through the area to a meeting, and the advise was very helpful. The gentleman who served me today stated the whole process would take 10 minutes and was surprised it done done in about 5 minutes. He also took his time to explain all the various options in a warm and engaging manner which helped me to make an informed choice. Will surely recommend. Thanks for the amazing, engaging and warm customer service.
5 months ago they broke my watch , still haven’t received it back and they keep delaying the date . Avoid at all costs.
