I went to the Timpson at Tesco in Sidcup as the battery in my car key fob had died and I do not have a spare car key!! I had phoned ahead to see if a battery change was possible and your colleague was very helpful on the phone and was ready for me when I arrived. He changed the battery straight away and checked it worked. He also explained how I can get into my car with my key should it happen again. He also ran through options of getting a spare car key at Timpsons which I will definitely be back to do in the near future! ... read more
