Went to get a new battery for my watch. The man working is extremely friendly, gave the price which was 27.95 for a lifetime guarantee meaning i can go back whenever the watchs battery runs out and replace it for free. There was also the 1 time replacement for about £5 cheaper but i opted for the former. Told me to come back in 45 minutes, which i did and it was all ready, with no marks on it. 10/10 job, definitely recommended. If I take something to Timpson's to be repaired, it usually (certainly in my last 6 visits) comes back repaired. Staff genuinely want to help, regardless of the branch (I am basing this on 3 different branches so not a huge selection) and each positive experience means they are currently my first choice for watch repairs, car key replacements and shoe repairs.
Great customer service today when I asked if they fixed mobile phones. My make of phone is usually sent away for repair by the Nottingham Victoria Centre branch of Timpson, but the friendly and helpful man behind the counter was able to quickly diagnose and fix my phone's problem, free of charge. Would highly recommend.
went i today for a replacement battery for an activity tracker he wasn't interested he told me it was rechargeable didn't even bother looking at it went home unscrewed the four screw's and there was the batteries now got to look around to find some and do it myself
Extremely rude man behind till. Went it to replace my heel on £200 pair of boots. He said I’ll be able to keep the old heels if I change my mind. Went back to collect them and when I asked for the old heels he picked them up from the floor, shredded to bits. Devastated as they were very sentimental to me and mentioned this to him when handing them over to him. Wish I had read these reviews previously.
