Always a pleasure to use the Kirkcaldy shop. From key fobs to shoe repairs, key cutting and photo IDs, we've used Alan for years. So pleasant, happy and helpful. You can't do better.
Went into the high street shop for help with a pair of my shoes. The gentleman was so so lovely and helpful. Thank you for your help ☺️
Ryan in the Kirkcaldy Asdas store was brilliant. Nothing was of a bother to him, needed two keys cut, and a fob but I couldn't get fob done as don't do it in that store. But he did direct me to other store to do it. Other than that, he was great and good service and lovely guy. Was literally in and out, and he was really nice and polite and helpful and so happy with us. Thanks Ryan 😊
Just had the worst experience in the Kirkcaldy branch. The usual person, Alan, who is so helpful and friendly, wasn't there when I called in to ask about a watch strap repair. The young man who was there started by saying he didn't know if he could do it "Just one customer after another" he said, "come back in half an hour and I'll see" he said. Went back later and he said he hadn't done it, "I'm so stressed, I shouldn't be here on my own, so busy!! Told him he made me feel like I shouldn't be in the shop and that's not how ... read more
