My watch had to have a battery replacement, and the guy I think his name was ryan was really nice and The watch works perfectly now.
Just had the worst experience in the Kirkcaldy branch. The usual person, Alan, who is so helpful and friendly, wasn't there when I called in to ask about a watch strap repair. The young man who was there started by saying he didn't know if he could do it "Just one customer after another" he said, "come back in half an hour and I'll see" he said.
