Just went in today to get my watch battery replaced and it being a slightly unusual one, it needed specific batteries and rear panel adjusted. Ben was extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly and helpful, he managed to do all the work while I waited and it was done in no time. Another customer walked in and needed help with a car key issue where he had been to a few people and had no luck. Once again Ben did a makeshift fix on the spot. Been here every weekday pay 2 weeks at 9am waited until 10am and still no staff opening up! Ridiculous!!! Oh and there was another man waiting also today. Either change the opening hours or run it like a professional business and open on time. So unprofessional!!!
Maximus was the most patient and extremely helpful with my car key problem. He dealt with it quickly and professionally, and I'm very grateful. I will be returning as I am so happy with the service maximus is an extremely lovely person and should be acknowledged for his efforts.
Visited the queslett Asda store on 20th July and was blown away by how helpful and welcoming the member of staff was. I've had issues with this store in the past with staff but decided to give it another chance after seeing a friendly face. Ben cut my keys quickly and we had a great conversation putting the world to rights! He even threw in some keycaps for me so I didn't keep using the wrong key when I got home. A real credit to the company that will now see me return to the store more often. Thank you Ben
Had a simple car key cut at Timpson (Chard Tesco) branch today. Very efficient, courteous service - took less than 5 minutes to be done while I waited. Excellent value (£30) and the key worked perfectly. One of the best examples of good customer service I've ever encountered. Thank you!
