Shockingly poor quality... one week's light wear after the repair (11/05/2026 at £32.95) and the sole and heel on both shoes is coming off.
I took two pairs of flat shoes to be heeled. The gentleman asked when I would like them, so I replied ASAP. So I went shopping at Sainsbury's, returned to Timpsons afterwards, and my shoes were ready! Brilliant service, a great job in sorting out the heels, very pleasant, and professional gentleman too 🙂 would definitely recommend, 👍
Horrendous. I popped in on a Thursday an hour before closing and asked about spare car keys. I was told I could order one (for £99 paid then) and collect on the Friday. I asked if I could collect Saturday as I wasn’t available Friday. I was told that was fine as long as I went before 4:30pm. I went down on Saturday at 12:45pm. A different man was at the counter. The reprogrammed my car key fob in about 45 minutes for £50. Much cheaper than getting a new one!
A bit of a rip off. Got charged £12 for each key where others charge £7 Max. They don't have price list either
