Visited Timpson inside Morrisons Store, Retford on way home from work this evening, Wednesday 27 May 2026 just before they closed. Had two watches of my Son's needing a battery for which I'd just not had time to sort out prior to today. The man I saw was really polite, very helpful and we had a pleasant chat whilst he dealt with the batteries. Once done he told me it was free. Very helpful chap at Retford Timpson's, told me the price first and let me decide if I should continue. Recommended, he completed the work in a few minutes.
I came into the store to have a key cut was told about the 3 for 2 key deal had 3 keys cut and they all worked perfectly the man that was on luke i believe his name was was really funny had a laugh with me and made my experience feel more personalised. Highly recommend using timpsons
Visited today , my sons first watch has poorly battery. The young fella today weds 26th Nov 5pm serviced the watch and gave it back to my boy . Said for free. Took me by surprise that I didnt know what to do, except give good review and take more work that way.
luke gave us some really good service today he helped my boyfriend out with his watch and also had a good laugh too made our day to see a worker with a big smile😄😁
