Visited today , my sons first watch has poorly battery. The young fella today weds 26th Nov 5pm serviced the watch and gave it back to my boy . Said for free. Took me by surprise that I didnt know what to do, except give good review and take more work that way.
I came into the store to have a key cut was told about the 3 for 2 key deal had 3 keys cut and they all worked perfectly the man that was on luke i believe his name was was really funny had a laugh with me and made my experience feel more personalised. Highly recommend using timpsons
Called to timpson inside morrisons retford to have a new battery in my car key ,mick served me what a lovely helpful man thank you mick ,go to see mick if you need battery xx

Had to change a key fob battery today and get a key cut at the Morrisons branch Retford. 27.11.24 around 14:30. The young lady was so chatty and professional and made a usual mundane experience a pleasant one. So professional, in repairing and replacing my key fob and the key cut excellent work.
