Called in to Timpsons at Morrisons, Gilmerton Road, Edinburgh to get boat shoes relaced. Served by Al. Alas the shop didn’t have the necessary tool but not to be beaten Al went above and beyond the call of duty, telephoned around, arranged for tool to be delivered sought advice on how to replace laces and phoned when shoes were ready. This is one of the best examples of customer service and awareness I have come across for many years. Congratulations and big thanks to Al and timpsons
