Hi, I swung in today (May 2026) on the 'off chance' to Timpson Berko and met Garry.. He was utterly, lovely regarding my unusual & challenging watches and watch straps gig (all of which, needed new batteries too). Garry was unfazed and, totally helpful with customer care & support that went above and beyond anything one normally receives in this current day and age! Bravo! Garry is such a lovely helpful and friendly person, did a great job fixing my shoe in an emergency and was quick! The high street really benefits from businesses like this that feel local and welcoming.
I have had Amazing service once again at Timpsons in Berkhamsted . Garry at the shop ( code 2221) has done a wonderful job shortening a necklace for me twice ( it took me a while to get the length right) . It was extremely tricky as the links were so small but he was patient and persistent and now my lovely necklace is wearable ! I am extremely grateful for his kindness and determination to succeed . Garry has been amazing when I’ve needed various shoes, boots and handbags fixed . Absolute asset to this business and a rare gem in today’s society. Would highly recommend.
