I had my watch battery replaced. Garry was absolutely lovely and quick. Would return there anytime
I wouldn't trust them with your phone. My screen was smashed and they attempted to replace it but the new screen didn't work, so they just handed me back a bricked phone. As a follow up, I took it to another repair shop and there was some connector broken which was an easy fix, though obviously at a cost. The repair guy was surprised timpson didn’t do this properly, so I can only surmise the original repairer didn’t have much experience

Honestly, they are so great. The most friendly staff who are happy and helpful and flexible. Their workmanship has been excellent as well. Either way, i wish every high street store offered this level of customer service!
