Went on 08/02/2026 to ask for a duplicate key although I didn't have the money then the attendant was so kind and helpful.

Very high prices... to change the frame, which costs £5.50 on eBay, he asks for £50
Jeremy was so helpful just now. I needed a specific key but out of the 2 I didn't quite remember which one. I opted for the one I felt was right and he provided me with a tag as he said if it was incorrect I could come to swap it, but if he isn't in on the day, his colleagues would know. The key worked perfectly. Great customer service!
My partner have a Hugoboss bracelet and the pin where it locks come out and i took it to the jewellery shop obviously because is a jewellery and they told me that could not be repair witch is strange because the bracelet was not broken, only the pin came out and as a jewellery and they sell the same bracelet they should be able to repair it, any way i took it to this shoe repairs and told the guy who was working there with long hair and show him the bracelet and the pin that came out and he said to leave it with him and come... read more
