Went on 08/02/2026 to ask for a duplicate key although I didn't have the money then the attendant was so kind and helpful.

John, I think was his name, was really helpful, kind and honest regarding my watch strap repair/ purchase. He took time to check the metal strap and then, due to its weakness, we opted for a new&cheaper strap( much cheaper but the same strap as one that I nearly bought in a local, well-known jewellers downstairs in the Grosvenor Centre!) My partner have a Hugoboss bracelet and the pin where it locks come out and i took it to the jewellery shop obviously because is a jewellery and they told me that could not be repair witch is strange because the bracelet was not broken, only the pin came out and as a jewellery and they sell the same bracelet they should be able to repair it, any way i took it to this shoe repairs and told the guy who was working there with long hair and show him the bracelet and the pin that came out and he said to leave it with him and come... read more
