Pair of walking boots stitching had come undone. Took them in and unfortunately the position of the repair meant they wouldn't fit on the machine. So offered to glue them for a donation to charity. Excellent service going that extra mile. My walking continues
Fantastic service and value for money. They put extra holes in my daughters watch strap and checked it fitted correctly. The man was friendly, very helpful, and did an excellent job. I only wish I'd taken a note of his name to ensure he gets the credit for his great customer service. Thoroughly recommended, and I'll definitely use them again.
2023-09 Changed a watch battery for me that the watch shops said they couldn't do as they could not get the back off. Lifetime replacement for a reasonable price, put the time and date right on completion. Will visit again when I need their services
I was quoted £50, at another shop to have My car key fixed. The chap here did it in 2 minutes, and didn't charge me a penny. thank you so much!
