Massive THANK YOU to Antonio. I had a specialist key that I needed a copy of. They didn't stock that type of key. Antonio made me a custom key using his knowledge of other similar keys, which saved me having to wait 4hrs for someone else to turn up at my work site with the correct key! Antonio went above and beyond and I really appreciate it!
Went there on Monday and I got there at 5.45pm. The guy working there arrogantly told me he was closed. He didn't even ask why I was there. Just said we're closed and kept on doing whatever he was doing.. I had a similar issue with the Brent Cross branch on Saturday. After asking how much it would cost to replace it battery, he snatched my watch and just told me £14.99, gave it turned away and carried on working. Because of that I didn't give him my business. Asked if could polish my shoes. “O we don’t do that” They can repair shoes but not polish them..very strange 👎
No one here during opening hours in Timpson Tesco. What a joke. Came to pick up my stuff and no one was here. Called head office who said will speak with are manager. They spoke with area manager and got back to me saying no one came today so far as they employee called sick. L-I-A-R-S! The guy was there but left moments before me as the Tesco employees have seen him! Is not the first time anyway. Waste money traveling here which I'll have to do again. 👎
