The chap could not put on a stainless steel strap, he was trying to place pin with his finger, I said do you have a tool for that, he then grabbed the right tool . After fiddling said its the watch part. I tried to explain that its correct I ended up leaving . I would have gone to the local jewelers but they close on Wednesday. The next day my local jewelers took two minutes.

Absolutely fantastic, I was greeted with by a really happy and enthusiastic member of staff which was fab, asked for my boots to be rehealed at which point I was advised that for the same price they would clean them up and add a suede colour to them to revitalise the boot. Picked them up today and I am absolutely over the moon, they look brand new. Thank you guys, great work
Have had keys cut for 2 different properties in the last 4 months, they never work (and theyre various key types, so obviously an issue with cutting not type of key). I have been back to rectify but they still dont work. Gave up...
I have visited the Timpsons at Asda Shoeburyness over the last couple of days to make copies of photos on my phone and today Mikes was having trouble with the machine and kept saying sorry for the inconvenience in the end I left the store without them but left my phone number just incase it started to work again within about 10 minutes of getting home Miles called me today to come back which I did , I can’t but say what a pleasant and professional young man he was and he is a true credit to the company so want to say a big T... read more
