I popped in today, last minute to print off some pictures. I placed my order on the machine and went to pay, I was greeted by Helen with a kind and friendly smile. I asked to pay for my order but one machine hadn't spoken to another. Helen knew what to do right away and was straight on the phone for some assistance. I needed a prom type dress taken in and shortened for my daughter. The customer service from Alex was second to none. Lucy who adjusted the dress advised me it needed to be sent away as the hem needed to be done elsewhere. She assured me it would be ready be back in store in time to complete the alterations.
