I popped in today, last minute to print off some pictures. I placed my order on the machine and went to pay, I was greeted by Helen with a kind and friendly smile. I asked to pay for my order but one machine hadn't spoken to another. Helen knew what to do right away and was straight on the phone for some assistance.
