Took my cream jacket in due to wet dye from a black wet coat for dry cleaning in the hope it would come out. This lady was amazing, she got the stain out which neither of us thought was possible. She told me her treatment for it may spread the black dye but she took extra time and care. The service was quick and staff are friendly. Highly recommend!
Katie and her mum michelle work in this timpsons and they’re the loveliest people you’d ever meet. super professional aswell. would highly recommend coming to this timpsons!!

Katie at the Exeter Morrisons store was very helpful & efficient. She very quick, happy & bubbly & all round a pleasure to talk to.
Brought my shirt in which was stained Katie the manager managed to remove the stain and recieved a text to say it was ready excellent service will recommend this department to all my friends
