Just had a watch battery replaced there today, what a fine gentleman served me behind the counter, friendly professional and a reminder why we need to support our high streets, thank you to that man a credit to Timpsons.

Probably the happiest little shop in Ipswich. Never had a key fail to work neither.
Both Gentlemen were busy working though a queue when I arrived today,they were friendly and helpful to each of their customers. I went in today not expecting them to be able to help me as so many others had not been able to, made my day they were able to solve my problem with a smile. I'm sure I'll be back!
I cannot rate this shop highly enough! I took my late dad's watch in as it had stopped working after a day at the beach and I was so distraught and worried that it wouldn't be able to get fixed. John was fantastic and reassured me it would be fine. Only a couple of days later I get the text it's ready for collection! All working and looking beautiful and even no charge for sorting it out! I could have cried I was so happy. Thankyou so much John.
