Eloise was amazing at the Queensbury branch. She was closing and could see how desperate I was to get spare keys! She was so helpful and I couldn’t recommend her customer service enough!

Coat was covered in ink stains, once finished when I collected it was good as new and clearly done fast and efficiently looks good as new. I dropped it with Neena and she took care of it and gave me confidence it will be done fast and with care Thank you
