Three weeks ago I went into Timpson’s in Ilkley and met James for the first time, a very personable and competent young man….he replaced the batteries on a couple of watches, then managed to get two automatic watches that had not worked for some considerable time…working again, he refused a tip in line with Timpson’s code of operation….I can only recommend highly both James and the service I received. 5 star.
