Nice fella and great tradesman. Figured out my car keys needed a new battery and replaced them in a jiffy. Also got 3 sets of spare keys from him didn't take even 5 minutes. 👍
I went to Timpsons last week to get my watch link removed on my watch. Brian was the person in the shop and he seemed like he didnt really want to help me. I felt £10 was slightly high but was okay paying it because I value good customer service. He said I can go to another shop and they would charge me £20. Absolutely superb support from Timpson in Middlesbrough. Fixed my watch strap within 15 minutes. I have literally been everywhere and no-body could do it with the pin needed over the last 3 weeks. Knowledge & service ⭐️ 👍

Took my watch there 4 a battery after Ernest Jones back heeled out of there extended warranty,& saying it had to be sent away for 3weeks.They sorted my watch on site,life time battery replacement guarantee.They were fast friendly & got a funky key cut aswell & new key chain.I was really happy with service great little place THANK YOU
