Went in to engrave some dog tags, the man behind the counter was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him for asking for this, saying I should have come earlier as they close at half 4 (not what it says on the sign on the door) charged me £25 and as I walked out and noticed not only are the tags engraved were swapped so the messages were in the wrong order, and one of them are back to front, would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible all round experience
I purchase the watch battery for life service back in 2019 have been a few times no problems with a quick service. Also had some links removed at the same time
Twice now I’ve had a pen knife engraved here as gifts and both times they’ve done a brilliant job, really fast even when it’s been fiddlier than expected. When I’ve had to get keys cut I always go here too. Not just good service but I appreciate a job well done by someone who knows their craft. Plus peak Sheffield chat just makes everything better 😁
Extremely friendly staff, went in there with a broken suitcase and they fixed it for me free. Highly recommend!!
I was quoted £80 and a wait of 4–5 weeks to have worn soles repaired. At the Moor Market, I had the same repair done for just £21, and it was ready the very next day. They’re always nice, but the difference is too big not to highlight it here.
