Very helpful and friendly if not a bit expensive but I got exactly what I needed
Didn’t have the specific key I wanted (shutter key), but cut other keys in a bid they’d fit. To no avail. Retuned keys (3), and refunded my money with no issues. Eventually got a key from an independent key supplier in Norton, adjacent Aldi.
I went there this morning to get the links from my Cartier watch sorted and the strap & battery changed for my Burberry watch. The staff was amazing and very professional. I’m kicking myself for forgetting his name. I’m sure it starts with J. Thank you.
Called to timpsons in Billingham to enquire about changing the handles on my bag. A lovely friendly man told me how much it would cost and told me he may have to improvise after discussing and agreeing he said to call back in 45mins. When I went back my bag was finished he showed me what he'd done, I was very happy with it. When I paid him it was half the price I was quoted and he thanked me for my business. Very kind, helpful and friendly service definitely recommend Timpson Ltd
I called into Timpsons (Billingham) yesterday to have my partners walking boots repaired (soles required glueing back on). Jamie was very personable and professional and managed to achieve my request and saved me a fortune in not having to buy the better half a new pair of walking boots.
