Popped in today to get something done as a gift. Didn’t like the condescending tone, “you mean engrave” when i asked the man if he could inscribe a pen for me. Service is everything in this day and age. I must say he did a good job and a fast turnaround. (20 mins) Won’t allow me to give 3.5 stars.
Didn't have great service organised out of date products always nevertheless rude and ignored
Overall rude customer service. Best advice I can give you is ask the price before they do anything! £25 to have a watch battery fitted in a watch that cost less than that.
The most disgusting customer service ever !!he is extremely rude and it’s not the first time . First time I didn’t leave review as everyone can have a bad day , but that is just the way he is . He needs to learn about manners or work behind doors , keep your attitude at home . Rather put my money in the bin then giving it to him next time !! If I could leave 0 star I would .
Wow, just received the most indifferent service in a long time. I don't think he wanted the business! I didn't expect a welcome party but a bit of politeness and friendliness are key to running a successful business. I didn't receive either. I won't be back.
