I went in go get my van buttons soldered, but 3 shops didn't have a soldering iron, bit I went to timpsons as a last resort, not only was Joe able to fix it for me he didn't charge me because of the hassle I had went through. Would recommend going down to Smithdown Road Timpson any day 😊

I recently visited Timpsons Smithdown Road and Will’s customer service was outstanding. He was so supportive, professional and a gentleman and went the extra mile to make a piece of sentimental jewellery an accurate fit.
