The service in here is always friendly, knowledgeable and competitively priced . Today we were helped by Jamie. Management should, and probably are very proud of their Timpson team in Asda The Jewel. This is what customer service is meant to be. Maybe could teach a few other outlets ;) yet again, perfect service. See you all soon for my new door plaque :)
I cannot say how fantastic Jamie at the Timpsons, in Asda at Milton Link , Edinburgh has been. Twice now he has helped fix my son's sports bag , with such care. Always with a can do attitude, always with a sunny disposition. He is a fantastic asset to your business. I really feel he deserves your recognition

Timpson went above and beyond to help us with our keys. A local key-cutting company failed (twice) to cut keys that worked but Jamie showed professionalism and expertise to give us a positive outcome. He sorted a car key on previous visit too, recommended.
Timpsons always had the top class services but not here. I just need to replace batteries in my car key ,simple things but unfortunately some older guy ( Fran ,Fan or Fun ) was very arrogant. Well, I could say with misogynistic attitude he started humiliating me like a stupid woman has no idea why she wants the battery to be replaced. I will never get back there again. I’m glad YouTube exists !
