Superb service today from Anthony. We needed passport photographs, and even though Anthony was working at this location for the first time (covering from the Timpson Sainsbury’s location), he was able to produce our photos quickly - despite him not being familiar with the system at this location. Anthony was welcoming, friendly and highly competent/professional. He mentioned that he’d like to work at this location more often, and we hope that he is able to. Thanks to him again for excellent service.

Can’t remember the name of the guy. He was really helpful. Keys cut extremely quickly, slight issue with the key not working (the risk with key cutting) but was rectified no questions asked. Excellent service, very professional. Would recommend

Amazing place and staff. My shoe sole was coming off and they helped me out with a temporary fix for free.

Shame the lowest is a 1 star. I had 3 mortise lock keys cut and none of them worked but the key cutter insisted that his machine was accurate even though he was shown the new keys even visually weren’t cut correctly. The machine is probably correct but human intervention messed things up. I also think £30.00 for 3 keys is a little excessive. Be warned don’t use them.
