I don’t give 5* ratings very often but Peter went above & beyond to help me get my ID photos & also helped me with my Passport documents. Not only was Peter courteous, and friendly, he put me at ease, which is very much appreciated when you’re visually challenged. My photos are exactly what I needed & are very professionally done. A really bad experience. The man was so rude and not even looking at me when I was talking to him. And talked to me with such an arrogant tone. I don't recommend it. Better look for another place and I hope this place goes bankrupt soon because they don't have any kindness.
The best customer service ever in this Timpsons. Especially from Kevin, who was just brilliant. I had a really tricky key to cut and he went above and beyond to get it done. I would highly recommend.
Fasted key cutting service ever! 2 minutes maximum if that (probs 30seconds)!! Great service! Have already recommended!
