Glen at the Hitchin shop was so helpful when l showed him a boot heel which had been replaced by Timsons a while ago, but was coming off. He asked me to bring in the other boot, and replaced both heels with no charge. What excellent customer service. And unlike some shops, he didn't ask me to write a review, though he certainly deserves one.
Timpson was the only place that were able to take out the more complex links of my new watch after I went to 3 other professional places to have it done. Robbie was fantastic and did it in a jiffy and was polite and friendly! Thank-you! 🙏
Just popped in to take a photo for my passport renewal. As I was applying on line for the first time, I was a bit apprehensive, but when I spoke to Glen about it, he put my mind at rest and with his pleasant and helpful manor guided me through the process that later only took me literally 5 minutes to apply at home. Thank you Glen, five star 🌟
It's a shame I missed Glen but Stuart was helpful and customer friendly
Just wanted to leave a review in appreciation of Glen who helped me with my Dr Martens shoe today. I’d scuffed it pretty badly and was quite upset. Another local shoe shop said they couldn’t do much for it but Glen made them look 100 times better! Very grateful. Cheers glen. Kind guy as well 😊
