Had the great pleasure of meeting Ali and Marc at Brooklands today. My car key broke completely and they couldn’t have been more helpful in getting me a new key. This was made all the more difficult as my car was some distance away from the shop and it was pouring with rain. The car was also a Japanese model so the key codes required more time to activate. They were so patient and kind. I cannot praise them more highly. Thanks guys! Karen
I had excellent service from the two staff in Timpsons Brooklands 6th February 2026 around 12.30pm. They repaired the sole of my two boots while I did my shopping and I also saw them repair another customer’s car key that looked like a challenging fix. I actually have a Timpsons nearer my home than Brooklands, but I have always had such a good experience at Brooklands, it is well worth a longer drive. Keep up the good work and thank you!
Excellent no nonsense service. Friendly and polite too. Ali at the Brooklands store saved the day for me after my keycards for my car failed, and they were able to reprogramme both and sell me a spare for an excellent price in a quick time. He was clearly an expert at everything he does and professional with it. Can't praise him highly enough!

Amazing service from Timpson at Tescos Brooklands. I needed a brass plate for a funeral the next day. Mark made a beautiful plate in record time. I was so relieved. thank you
