My van Key snapped in the ignition and unfortunately I didn't have a spare. I contacted the Addlestone store and they managed to track down a new key fob at the Brooklands store. Ali (manager) was extremely helpful and made me a new key. Excellent customer services from the whole team and the price was great too.

Great customer services. If you need a key cut or car keys this is the place inside Tesco.

Went especially to Timpsons to collect my elderly mother's shoes, nearly two weeks after they should have been ready, and for which payment of over fifty pounds for two pairs had already been made. They hadn't been done, the man said it was his colleague who hadn't done them. No apology. He then knocked the boots by accident off the counter they were on, they weren't covered or in a bag, without apologising got a large broom to retrieve them, no explanation, no apology. They have had my partner’s watches for ‘repair’ for 5 weeks and counting. Multiple calls with promised call backs, 2 shop visits to no avail. Avoid and take your custom elsewhere. Update: spoke to the manager (apparently) very brash, over talked me. Basically tried to fob me off as "other customers were waiting". What about a customer from over 5 weeks ago? Only option remains to get the watches back and go somewhere else. Case raised with Head Office - will see where that goes.
