Had the great pleasure of meeting Ali and Marc at Brooklands today. My car key broke completely and they couldn’t have been more helpful in getting me a new key. This was made all the more difficult as my car was some distance away from the shop and it was pouring with rain. The car was also a Japanese model so the key codes required more time to activate. They were so patient and kind. I cannot praise them more highly. Thanks guys! Karen
Excellent no nonsense service. Friendly and polite too. Ali at the Brooklands store saved the day for me after my keycards for my car failed, and they were able to reprogramme both and sell me a spare for an excellent price in a quick time. He was clearly an expert at everything he does and professional with it. Can't praise him highly enough!
My van Key snapped in the ignition and unfortunately I didn't have a spare. I contacted the Addlestone store and they managed to track down a new key fob at the Brooklands store. Ali (manager) was extremely helpful and made me a new key. Excellent customer services from the whole team and the price was great too.
Great customer services. If you need a key cut or car keys this is the place inside Tesco.
