Used Timpsons twice this month to fix my uncles car keys, on both occasions staff member Conor in the Arnold Front Street Branch has been amazing and gone above and beyond with making sure the keys work for my uncles car and testing them. Conor is a well good staff member and had great interactions on both occasions 🙂
I took 3 pairs of boots to be re-healed into the Arnold High Street branch today and Matt was so friendly and helpful. £45.80 to breath new life into my most comfortable pairs (1x flat 2xhigh heals) I thought was really well priced. Im very grateful to him for getting them ready in a few hours, saving me time tryiing to collect another day. Brilliant Customer Service.
Popped in to get some links removed from a watch strap, was served by the lovely Connor who went above and beyond, my walking stick fell apart while I was in the store he very kindly super glued it back together and gave me a seat to sit on whilst I was waiting for my watch as well top marks to this lovely young man super customer service!
Had new fob car key done in Arnold Very quick and efficient and even came with me to my car to reboot absolutely outstanding service above and beyond from CONNOR Very thorough very professional and knowledgeable Lovely lad was a pleasure thankyou👊
The man in this shop is so rude would never use this place again avoid had ago at me because I took longer than 10mins to return and he wanted his lunch i was 15mins he never told me he was going for lunch then said to me have a nice day I said thank you and then he said I was rude because I should of told him to have a nice day too Instead of saying thankyou absolute weirdo
