I took 3 pairs of boots to be re-healed into the Arnold High Street branch today and Matt was so friendly and helpful. £45.80 to breath new life into my most comfortable pairs (1x flat 2xhigh heals) I thought was really well priced. Im very grateful to him for getting them ready in a few hours, saving me time tryiing to collect another day. Brilliant Customer Service.

Popped in to get some links removed from a watch strap, was served by the lovely Connor who went above and beyond, my walking stick fell apart while I was in the store he very kindly super glued it back together and gave me a seat to sit on whilst I was waiting for my watch as well top marks to this lovely young man super customer service!

Brilliant repair on my boots. It was done very quickly and was a reasonable price. He even buffed the boots before handing them back. They looked brand new.

Called in here today, looking for a replacement dog tag. As we walked in we were met with a huge smile and a very friendly hello, we explained to the gentleman what had happened with our last tag and what we now needed and he sorted it for us instantly. Would highly recommend this place. The gentleman we spoke with was called Conor and I must say that he is a total credit to the company. Such a nice genuine chap.
