Very disappointing service. The passport photo taken was much darker than it should have been, making my face look unclear. I politely asked if the photo could be retaken, but the staff member refused without giving a proper reason. Because of this, I had to go to another store and pay again to have a new photo taken. I expected much better customer service from Timpson. A simple retake would have resolved the issue, but instead I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Had keys cut by Tony today, guys like a magician, now I know how my girlfriend feels…was in & out there in 4mins but very satisfied 🤣 Cheers Tony
The staff are great . So friendly. I thought the price was a little muchh. I sm a older lady. .We used to get a wee discount.
