Absolutely top class service from Craigy last Friday. I had an old suitcase that belonged to my dad, and I had lost the key.The suitcase was almost an antique, so I was quite anxious to open the suitcase, but also not to damage it in opening it. Tip-top friendly service today. Got key cut and excellent advice on a dry cleaning enquiry. I’ve always found this shop to be excellent. Always professional, efficient and very pleasant to deal with.
I recently handed in a Golf trophy to be engraved at Timpson Musselburgh, and I have to say the service I received was nothing short of first class. On a previous occasion, the engraving was completed in less than 12 hours, so when this one took a little longer (48 hours), I popped in to check on it. Went in near closing time to get a key cut, service couldn't have been quicker or more helpful. Really friendly as well. Will definitely be going here again in future.
I needed help to redo my passport photos which I’ve done at a different Timpson shop in Edinburgh, but unfortunately didn’t meet specifications for the Polish passport. The staff was very helpful and made sure I was happy with the photos and they met specs. Amazing customer service, thank you!
