What can I say. Went in to get a spare key for my car. And from start to finish Stuart was amazing. For some reason when the key was done it came up with an error (not his fault). But he went out of his way to find out why and it was due to a number of attempts by a previous owner to add a spare key. Got me to come in when one of his colleagues from another shop was on a day off to work out the issue and resolve it. This is what customer service is all about. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
