5 stars Great service from Mark at Timpson in Gravesend! Personable, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. I’m super happy with the repair on my Louboutin shoes — the quality of the finish is excellent. After seeing the results, I’ve already brought in two more pairs for repair. I’m new to the area, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Clearly knows what hes doing. The Gravesend store is far better than Chatham. Always come to this one. The shows have lasted nicely
Had a battery replaced in my car key over a year ago. Had no issues and was happy at rhe time...... Need battery replaced again! and been told I need a whole new key as it has some sort of SUPERGLUE PUT ON IT to seal it shut??? Disappointed and disgusted as it hasa screw to remove so do not understand why glue was used. Would never use them again....

He listened carefully to my questions, made sure he understood what I was looking for, and cut my keys with absolute precision.
